Once again Dillyn ... I asked her for five minutes and she was game. She hammed it up, but by the third time I said "Just one more!" 
she said "Are you serious?!"
I still was able to squeeze at least two decent photos from the 5 mins. what can I say, she is a great kid.

I recently had the privilege to go on a laid back beach trip where I met up with some friends and shot some awesome long exposure photos. It was nice to get out in the open air and just take pictures just for me... but I  like to share so here are some of my favorites.... 

I recently captured some shots for Our Lady of the Holy Cross College for their Christmas ad. It will be featured on Nola.com today as well as other various media. It was a fun, nighttime shoot, and we had some great shots, but we could only use one. Here is one of my favorite outtakes...

It's that time of year again! I can't think of a better time to gather up the family and shoot some family portraits. I know my family does. Here is some of my annual pro bono shoot (I take my family's pictures on Thanksgiving and give framed photos for Christmas). If you are looking to get your family portrait done for Christmas there is still time and I have some opening in my schedule to squeeze you in. I have been taking Dillyn's photos for three years now. She is a little girl with a BIG imagination. She loves faeries and magic, but right now she is all about princesses. Her sixth birthday is just around the corner so this year we decided to shoot at Storyland in New Orleans' City Park. She is a bit camera shy, but once she warms up she is great.
